Refunds & Cancellations

We’re a small artist-run project and each of our events is carefully curated to create a special and intimate experience. to keep things fair and sustainable for everyone involved, we’ve outlined our refund policy below.

♥ are tickets refundable?

No – all ticket sales are non-refundable.

Each booking secures your space and directly supports our facillitators and collaborators. As we have limited capacity, last-minute cancellations mean someone else misses out and we still incur the costs.

♥ what if i can’t make it anymore?

We understand that life happens – but unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or ticket transfers at this time. We recommend gifting your spot to a friend if you can no longer attend (just let us know their name via email).

♥ what if the event is cancelled?

If we ever need to cancel the event (due to unforeseen circumstances like venue issues or illness), you’ll receive a full refund of the ticket price – no questions asked. we’ll contact you directly via the email you booked with.

♥ what if the event changes?

If there is a significant change to the time, location, or core structure of the event, we’ll get in touch and offer you the option of a full refund if you no longer wish to attend.

♥ will i be photographed or filmed?

We sometimes take photos and short videos at our events to document the vibe and share what we’re creating together. These may be used on our social media, website, or for future event promotion.

We will never post identifiable images of you without your consent.

If you prefer not to be included in any content, just let us know when you arrive — we completely respect your privacy and will make sure you're not captured or posted.

♥ can i attend if i’m not in the age bracket?

We totally get the curiosity, but our events are carefully curated with a specific age range in mind to support better matches and a comfortable shared experience.

We’re not able to make exceptions to the age bracket, even if you just miss it.
we ask all guests to respect this boundary — it helps us hold the space with intention and fairness for everyone attending.
